National Grid may be fined $16M for their lack of response during the October snowstorm and hurricane Irene.

The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority in Connecticut said this week that CL&P should be financially penalized for leaving hundreds of thousands of residents across the state without power after the August and October storms.
